Flight Instruments & Cockpit Controls
Fuel Quantity Indicator & Gauge Repair
Fuel quantity indicators and the wider gauge group — temperature, pressure, fuel, oil and air quantity — repaired and overhauled across both of our departments.
Fuel quantity indication is one of the most maintenance-visible systems on any airframe: the indicator is what the crew sees, but the reading depends on the whole chain behind it. Air Shunt handles fuel quantity indicators in the Flight Instruments department, and the broader gauge group — temperature, pressure, fuel, oil and air quantity — in Cockpit & Controls.
Both departments operate under the same FAA repair station certificate, YD2R315L, from our Chatsworth, California facility, and Cockpit & Controls supports product lines from Honeywell/Sperry, Allied Bendix/King, Rockwell Collins, Aerosonic, Kollsman/IDC, Lear Siegler, Smiths, Clifton, and Ametek.

Repair, Overhaul, or Exchange
Every unit we quote fresh tag is freshly overhauled or tested with a fresh tag. Where an exchange makes more sense than a repair, we can often supply from inventory instead — we hold over 10 million spare parts on hand, and in-stock aircraft parts are ready for immediate delivery. All products are subject to prior sale.
